Does weight loss have to be a side effect to be considered Celiac Disease?

Has any other Celiac has major diarrehea problems after exposure to air borne wheat?

8 weeks of 2 days a week to wheat flour (cake, all purpose) and came down with a bad case of diarrehea for over 5 days, the doctor can’t tell me why, could it be the Celiac disease in the small instestine causing it?
