It can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks (or longer!) to really see improvement, but that varies depending on your age (the younger u are when diagnosed, the better) and how true u are getting gluten out. Even many experienced Celiacs accidentally eat gluten often and its very tricky to get it all out. Please feel free to email me for further help but I think you&#039;ll find these sites and books helpful for a newbie Celiac! :)
