I have a positive Gliadin IgG blood test for celiac disease. What does this mean?

My doctor ordered a celiac panel blood test for me. I was negative on most of the panel except for Gliadin IgG.
What does this mean? The doctor was a little confused by the results and said that it was atypical.
Does anybody have any information about this? Does this mean I need to cut out gluten? I don’t have GI problems, but do have several skin disorders.
